Originally from England, Ellie is a positive bundle of energy, passionate about empowering and connecting with people no matter their background.

Ellie creates a safe space for you to explore, learn and improve your relationship with yourself. She is here to celebrate all wins, big and small!

Before the pandemic, Ellie was a professional dancer. However, from the age of 18 Ellie had the vision of hosting her own retreats. Then she met Jordan, and they made it a reality!

Jordan

Co-founder / host / coach

A proud St Lucian committed to making sure everyone he meets pushes themselves to the best of their abilities, Jordan is a highly energetic, determined, and knowledgeable trainer. Aiding and supporting you as you strive to unlock that next level and lock into that mindset, he believes in the fitness philosophy of “progress, not perfection”.

Jordan has worked in a handful of resorts in St Lucia, which enabled him to see a gap in the market. A retreat combining adventures, fitness, and wellness.

Raffi

Chef

Raffi is passionate about nutrition, clean living and all things delicious.

Through her own health journey she has discovered for herself the power and importance of what we eat and finds joy in providing that for others.

She has a breadth of experience from working in restaurants, catering abroad and hosts her own pop ups and supper clubs regularly where she can exhibit and share her recipes.

Raffi has found cooking to be a source of healing and creativity, and how using your hands to make something beautiful and delicious can be extremely rewarding.

Myles has a remarkable ability to capture authentic and beautiful moments without you even realising he is there.

Warmth and kindness radiate from him, allowing people to feel instantly at ease and express themselves freely.

With him there you can truly disconnect from your phone and immerse yourself in the joy of the moment. from your phone and immerse yourself in having a great time while he captures all of the moments for you to show your friends and family back home.
