What can you expect?

When you train with us you can expect support, encouragement, and inspiration to push yourself as you improve your fitness.

 

We mix up the sessions to keep it fresh and exciting. We include cardio, strength, endurance, Pilates, barre, running techniques, HIIT, circuits, team and partner workouts, dance and stretch!

 

The sessions are an hour and will leave you feeling energised and uplifted in your mood and change how your body feels in just a few weeks. We’ll get you out of your normal gym routine, out in the fresh air, and get your body thriving.

 

Our trainers are extremely passionate and knowledgable about what they do. Expect dynamic sessions that are tailored to the needs of the group, ensuring that every participant is challenged and motivated appropriately. We are committed to helping participants improve their overall health, mindset, and fitness, not just their physical appearance. Our participants are encouraged to motivate and inspire each other, creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
